In order to support these activities we are currently seeking a Regional Marketing Lead to support the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities of Role*
With global alignment, lead the implementation and execution of an approved Regional Marketing Plan. Work in close partnership with the global marketing team, distributors, and regional commercial teams, to provide strategic insights and input to the Global Brand Plan.
- Lead the production, execution, and ongoing analysis of marketing assets and campaigns to ensure effectiveness and optimum return on investment
- Work in close partnership with the distributor network and commercial teams to continuously review and assess the effectiveness of current marketing strategies, implement and share best practices, and ensure optimum execution
- Proactively develop and nurture regional KOL relationships to raise the awareness of FeNO testing and endorse NIOX usage by the leaders in the field
- Adopt, adapt (where necessary), and deliver training of global promotional assets and campaigns to ensure a consistent approach and messaging
- Leverage management information to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs in place, producing reports and proposals for the improvement and implementation of new strategies
- Attend distributor, regional meetings, and conferences and manage marketing materials and booths when appropriate
- Manage, track, and report on appropriate annual promotional budgets
- Represent the assigned region in the development of the Global Brand Plan
**Qualifications and/or experience required to perform the role**
- Business or other relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience in device distributor sales
- Proven record marketing and related achievements within the assigned region
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with proficiency in managing multiple projects with mínimal oversight
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Healthcare or medical device experience a plus
- Ability to quickly get up-to-speed on the healthcare industry, reimbursement process, and payer/provider environment in assigned markets
- Fluent in native languages for the designated area
- Ability to travel in the designated area
**Office Location**
This position is based in our Global Head Office, situated on the Oxford Science Park which is easily accessible via all modes of transport. The Oxford Science Park has excellent on-site facilities for colleagues, such as The Magdalen Centre and the Sadler Building providing both hot and cold food and beverages. In addition, the Oxford Science Park houses a private nursery for children aged 0 - 5 and is rated as “Good” with Ofsted.
Our Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Device Development, Sales and Customer Service teams operate from Oxford as well as some members of our Executive Leadership Team.
