Diary Planner and Operations Controller

**Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for a Operations to join their fast-paced Relocations Operations team.**
**Where you will be based**
This role will be office based at our South Ruislip offices.
**What is a Operations Controller to us?**
The role of the Operations Controller is an integral one within the Service Delivery Team.
As Operations Controller you will work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure efficient running of all UK and Ireland Operations by offering advice to Move Managers on complexities of packing, loading delivering shipments. You will also ensure that high levels of quality are maintained from the Service Partner network and any deficiencies advised.
**What you will do**
- To update and maintain relevant information in the Operations Diary;
- Ensure that work from the Operations diary is allocated on merit and in a cost effective manner;
- To collect, monitor and re-distribute all completed documentation to Move Managers;
- Ensure that all Service Partner used are qualified and approved for the task required;
- To ensure fleet management system is totally compliant and that all vehicles are roadworthy and VOSA compliant;
- To provide ePacking assistance to Service Partners;
- Identify and advise Quality Training Supervisor of worthy jobs for quality inspection;
- Raise costing sheets for service partners.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have 1+ years’ experience in operations diary management or service partner coordinator, ideally in the relocation industry.
