You will be expected to assist the rest of the team with Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliations.

**Duties for the Senior Credit Controller**:

- Credit control debt collection focusing on high value accounts and overseeing the junior staff
- Administration of new customer credit account requests.
- Review and manage the aged debtor report primarily in respect of overdue accounts.
- Daily Debtors report highlighting overdue debt and the actions being taken to collect the debt.
- Completion of bank and customer account reconciliations
- Oversea Cash allocation to the Accounts Receivable ledger
- Setting up new Standing order and renewing the existing ones annually/when necessary.
- The position holder will be expected to build and maintaining good relationships with customers by understanding their operations and determining how best to ensure payment terms are met.
- Supporting Senior Management with query/invoice/payment updates.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- To ensure monthly cash and overdue debt KPIs are achieved.
- Utilising MS Excel to provide accurate credit & revenue information
- Implementing process to run the credit control department with daily targets and reporting
- Experience using Excel
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Confident communication skills
- Empathetic skills, Teamwork, Problem solving abilities
- B2B exposure
