**Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker roles are one step below management, working as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker is an important part of a Residential setting - you will lead a team of support worker’s and be a real voice for the young people in your care.**

**The young people in these homes have not chosen to be there, as a Senior Children’s Residential Support worker you will be working with them to create a family environment, making their experience as positive as possible. This allows for a good working relationship and positive outcomes for the young people.**

**On top of helping shape the futures of young people, you will gain valuable experience as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker and training as well as qualifications as you grow with a company that has the staff, and young people at the heart of its operation.**

**Senior Children’s Residential Support Workers are supported fully from a progression standpoint, there are multiple opportunities to grow and move into management positions. Working within this organisation as a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker**
- £23,744.40 - £26,822.40 Inclusive of sleep ins
- Clear progression plans
- Sleep-ins paid at competitive rate as well as opportunities for overtime
- Regular updates with in-house Training and discussions about personal development
- Level 3 Health and Social Care Children and Young People
- Full UK Driving Licence

**Salary**: £23,744.40-£26,822.40 per year
