**The Role**:This is an exciting opportunity to further your skillset and career. This is a dynamic client facing role that encompasses far more then is defined by the title of Client Success Associate. In this role you will act as the bridgebetween your clients and the independent consultants and industry experts that your clients will be hiring for projects. You will need to have good communication skills as you will understand your clients' needs and working alongside your BDM you'll help tomatch them to the right consultants.

You'll work closely with colleagues in Germany and France to promote team cohesion, share ideas and learn together. This role promises career progression and skills development through exposure to a wide variety of clients.

**As a Customer Success Associate your responsibilities will include**:

- Inform yourself through research relevant contacts, companies and trending topics
- Identify suitable freelance consultants for your clients projects
- Work closely with business development teams to ensure client success.

**For this Customer Success Associate position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:

- 1 + years record in B2B sales - Client facing experience
- Have a strong academic background, degree from reputable university.
- Be a team player
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
