Contract: Full Time/ 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

**This is the job** The Learning & Performance Administrator will assist the Learning & Performance Systems Analyst with the day-to-day management of both the MyLearning and MyPerformance systems.

Within in this role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all reporting and general administration of both systems, including problem solving, liaising and resolving queries with users across the business ranging from entry level to senior management.Which include setting up / uploading e-learning, building reports, managing and resolving user queries.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Administrate the Learning Management System (MyLearning) for BAU activities;
- Supporting the Learning & Performance Systems Analyst with testing as part of Change/Technical activities.
- Administer & support the MyPerformance system including but not limited to; running reports, managing, and resolving user queries, supporting with upgrades and the testing that is required as a result, user management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure they are represented and kept informed on queries / changes.
- Supporting reporting requirements from MyLearning & MyPerformance and analysing MI.
- Own, identify, research, and resolve MyLearning & MyPerformance technical queries for all users.

- Excellent communication skills - phone, face to face and written
- Enjoys learning new / complex systems and using them to solve problems
- Customer focus
- Attention to detail
- Confident to challenge the status quo and improve processes and customer experience
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and working within a corporate office environment
