If so, Broadacres Housing Association in Northallerton is looking for a someone like you to be our Facilities Team Leader.
As the Facilities Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities team, including reception services, ensuring that our customers and colleagues receive the highest level of customer service. You will lead a team of facilities colleagues to ensure that our office buildings and equipment are available and at their best for our internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing daily operations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of facilities services, including reception
- Supervising the facilities team to achieve operational excellence and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work with other departments to address facilities needs and support organisational goals
- Developing and implementing processes to help deliver an effective and reliable service.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of facilities services and identifying opportunities for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in facilities management and experience of managing a team. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. In addition, you will have the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
