HR & Compliance Co Ordinator

Oculus Security Solutions Ltd are looking for a HR & Compliance Co Ordinator to join the team on to support management and to provide an efficient, effective and professional HR Support Service.
- **Duties include**:_
- Supporting and mentoring manager with all aspects of people management and advising them on HR policies with the support of our outsourced expert HR advisors.
- Supporting and managing any ER related issues.
- Supporting TUPE transfers, restructures and redundancy programs.
- Monitoring the appraisal process and ensuring probation deadlines are met.
- Supporting progressive organisational change and ensuing effective employee communication.
- Coordinating incentive schemes.
- Liasing with our outsource HR, Employment Law and Health and Safety Partners.
- Overseeing the Payroll function and processes alongside the Operations Manager.
- Assisting with company process on the company drive, ensuring up to date and sent out to employees.
- Ensuring company accreditations are compliant and retained annually.
- Familiarising and complying with policies and procedures. Ensure all ISO and ACS company procedures are adhered to and used consistently throughout the business.
- Ensuring the effective implementation of all compliance policies, systematically reviewing and developing policies.
- Ensuring all compliance and statutory obligations are being adhered to for all areas of the business.
- Attend site visits for HR issues / with Operations Manager or Cleaning Manager.
