**About the Role**

We’re seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to support our growing UK business.
Reporting to the Sales Manager - UK & Ireland, this hands-on role is responsible for customer service, logistics coordination, and local office administration.

You’ll work closely with our UK warehouse and 3PL partners — including regular site visits — and collaborate with our Netherlands Customer Service Team to ensure seamless service across the EMEA region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with 3PL and warehouse partners across the UK & Ireland.
- Handle customer orders, enquiries, and communications professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, stock availability, and logistics communication.
- Conduct regular warehouse visits to monitor performance and drive collaboration.
- Support local logistics operations, including freight coordination and inventory checks.
- Oversee UK administrative processes, supplier coordination, and documentation.
- Assist the Sales Manager with reporting, data entry, and regional coordination.
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.
- Ensure all activities align with Steel Blue’s values and commitment to quality.

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or warehouse administration.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management ability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Current UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.
