**Salary and Benefits**:

- **Starting salary**: £25,000 - £27,000.
- **Unrivalled commission scheme**: Earn up to **60%** of the fee on commission. Our consultants are proof of the potential earnings, with many earning **£50,000+** in their first year and top earners reaching six figures—some even exceeding **half a million in fees** in 2024
- **25 days of holiday** + bank holidays (plus an extra day for employees with 2+ years at the company).
