Raw Selection is a specialist executive search firm based in Leeds City Centre, that works exclusively with Private Equity firms and their Portfolio companies.

We undertake searches for CEO, CFO, COO appointments and private equity professionals mostly for positions in the United States of America.

Our Founder, Alex Rawlings, built Raw Selection with one clear goal—to be the No.1 executive search firm in Private Equity. To make that happen, we need high-performance individuals who are hungry for success.

The Mission

The mission of the Executive Search Delivery Consultant is to identify the very best executives, then assess those executives through our proven interviewing process.

Identifying:

  • Researching via our CRM, online platforms and data aggregators.
  • Phone interviewing the world's leading executives and private equity professionals, following our interview process, and identifying high performing executives.
