There is an exciting opportunity to join Bellway, one of the UK’s largest house builders. Our Group Head Office, located in Woolsington, Newcastle Upon Tyne is looking to recruit a Sales Product Coordinator to join the Division’s Sales team.

The Role

The role of Sales Product Co-ordinator is to assist the Group Sales Manager in developing and providing support for the Your Bellway Portal and Additions process, whilst ensuring we give the highest level of service to all customers.

Principal accountabilities of the Sales Product Coordinator role include:

- Support and assist the Group Sales Manager with the progression of Your Bellway, including liaising with external suppliers, divisional sales staff and the marketing department and progress the development of the portal.
- Liaise with divisions to ensure that all Artisan sites are prepared for Your Bellway, checking that all content is uploaded i.e., digital packs and connectivity with divisional offices.
- Preparing sales staff for Your Bellway, co-ordinating and delivering training via MS Teams meetings and face to face methods.
- Lead webinars for different departments throughout the business demonstrating Your Bellway and collating feedback.
- Organise and lead weekly meetings with external agencies/suppliers for updates and to ensure content is uploaded to Your Bellway.
- Analyse data for Your Bellway and report on customer usage of the portal.
- Co-ordinate, develop and help manage the Additions project, reviewing the current additions process and develop the digital version for Your Bellway including reviewing Additions products and updating systems on a regular basis.
- Meet with external suppliers to review products and develop a strategy to align all suppliers with the portal.
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing Department to develop future content to keep the portal up to date and relevant.
- Work alongside the Customer Care Director and the Your Bellway team to develop a customer care function within the portal.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

Experience
- Experience of working within the housebuilding industry would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience of establishing effective working relationships with others, both internally and externally

Qualifications and Training
- Current full UK driving licence
- Access to a vehicle for business use as required.

Skills and Aptitude
- Ability to develop a thorough knowledge of various products and processes.
- Ability to use own initiative to plan, prioritise and organise work in order to meet deadlines.
- Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Driven to proactively progress projects and continually strive to improve processes.
- Ability to confidently train others at Head Office and within divisions.
- Committed to diversity and inclusion.

The Role and Working Conditions
- Role is office based but with travel to divisional offices and suppliers as required.
- Able to travel to all divisions which may occasional involve overnight stays
