**Salary**: Scale 2/3 £18,887 - £20,043 per annum
Our client manages almost 5,000 social housing properties across Blackpool, providing related services to its tenant and leasehold customers and regenerating areas to create opportunities for their local residents to thrive.
**The Role**
The role involves working as part of a small, but busy team, providing a professional and efficient HR service to all employees and managers across a wide-range of services.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality, HR administrative support to the team, with a specific focus on the end-to-end recruitment process, along with providing support with payroll matters, corporate training and development needs and employeewellbeing initiatives.
The organisation are seeking a confident, professional, self-motivated individual with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills to undertake a varied HR workload.Every day will be different.
**Role Requirements**
You should possess a very high attention to detail, be comfortable reprioritising your workload to meet customer and service demands and enjoy working in a challenging environment with tight deadlines.
Three GCSE’s at Grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential for this role, along with excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and use your own initiative.
You should possess previous experience in an administrative, customer service role, have an understanding of HR related issues and have competent IT skills in Microsoft Office.
