We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious HR Admin Assistant to join our growing Human Resources Team. This role is a **12-month fixed-term contract**, with the possibility of extension to a permanent position.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Manage the shared inbox systems
- Advertise all recruitment internally and externally, maintaining the vacancy tracker
- Support new employees and generating onboarding and compliance documents
- Signposting all employee HR queries to the relevant person
- Keeping records and systems up to date
- Obtaining references for new starters and providing ex-employee references
- Provide support and signposting on general HR queries in line with Company HR policies and procedures, escalating queries to the Assistant HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner where necessary
- Support the Assistant HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner to drive HR projects, including, employee engagement and wellbeing activities
- Send out and follow up on exit surveys as part of the leaver process
- Support with training administration as needed
- General office duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackpool, FY4 5PU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CIPD Level 3 Qualification (preferred)

Work Location: In person
