HR Coordinator

The Viva Blackpool Group are recruiting a HR Co-Ordinator to join their team.
You will act as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries.
As a priority your duties will include:
- Updating HR documents and staff records
- Reviewing company policies
- Updating recording sickness, and holiday leave
- Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and creating statistical reports
- Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Assist in the recruitment process, liaise with recruitment agencies and set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
