**What the roles involves-**
We are working on behalf of a global client who are looking to hire a team of people to work from home and able to review compliant case files, you would be required to produce an accurate investigation report which summaries the overall complaint storybetween parties. Produce a non biased assessment, in the format requested by the client and produce high quality casework, reaching decisions that are backed up by clear rationale.
**What you would bring to the role-**
You should have excellent comprehension, and written English skills, you will love to investigate information, enjoy working as a part of a team, be organized and disciplined enough to manage your own time and enjoy using your fantastic comprehension andwriting skills, writing clear and easy to understand case outcomes for complaints

Mon-Fri shifts ONLY between the hours of 8am-5pm
