We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join one of clients based in Aylesbury who are going through an exciting growth period. My client is a leader in their sector and are looking for a hungry and 'entrepreneurial' person to help grow their business further
The Role:
Based out of our Aylesbury Buckinghamshire office, you will be in charge of generating new prospects and sales for our business. Ad hoc Travel throughout the UK and Ireland, will be required meeting with new and existing clients, identifying areas of growthwithin target sectors.
This is a newly created role, and is integral to the growth of our business, with potential career development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generation of new business opportunities
- Sales revenue growth
- Meet with new and existing clients, maintaining strong relationships
- Collaborate with our engineering and procurement teams ensuring we are developing the correct products
- Travel around UK and Ireland visiting clients and prospects
- Produce accurate reports and analysis to present to the business, with a strategy on how to grow the business
About You:

- Account management and development experience, with a success in meeting/exceeding KPI's and growing a new business
- Strong relationship building skills, with different stakeholders and clients
- Clear communicator, with the ability to engage and present with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- An understanding or passion of the engineering/manufacturing industry
- An understanding of the market, and creating sales strategies for growth
- Flexible with travel and the ability to be based near our Aylesbury Buckinghamshire office
- A full, clean UK drivers' licence
