**The role**

We’re looking for a Client Service Director to manage and develop a thriving client services team, working with some of the most recognised brands in the world.

**What will the Client Service Director do?**
- Be ultimately responsible for the delivery of world-class strategies and solutions to a global client base - across SaaS, web, programmatic, CRM and brand.
- Reporting to the RVP (Paris), this role will develop and provide insight on business performance including forecasting, reporting, strategic planning and internal comms.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, account retention and growth within the region.
- Develop and maintain in-death knowledge of the industry and client business needs, ensuring that your team remain in the know.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to staff, focusing on employee retention and advancement.
- Collaborate with account teams to ensure optimal client management; understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, prepare comprehensive strategy plans, and leverage technology & services to achieve client objectives.
- Drive goals across relevant KPIs, balancing business yield with client metrics.

**We would like you to have**
- Worked as a Client Services leader, either as a Director of Client Services / Client Service Director, Group Account Director, Senior Account Director, or Account Director.
- Experience either in a SaaS company, digital agency, or digital consultancy.
- Managed, mentored and developed a client services team in the past.
- Strong knowledge of technology and digital (HR tech, ATS, employer branding, or recruitment marketing is a nice-to-have).
- A passion for tech and its use in driving revenue, client satisfaction and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to balance revenue, client satisfaction and operational responsibilities.
- Fluent French and English are both essential requirements.
