Finance Director

**The Opportunity**:
Finatal are partnering exclusively with a leading pan-European Private Equity fund to support their recently acquired multinational B2B Software company. With a global presence covering 15+ counties and boasting revenues of c. €100m, their aim is to growto €500m over 5 years, both organically and via a series of bolt-on acquisitions. They have impressively secured x3 acquisitions in Q1 and are now looking to further bolster the M&A pipeline.

The business is strategically well placed, with NRR rates of over 120%, topline growth of +50%, high barriers to entry, strong product innovation and an evolving landscape of data. We are seeking a commercially minded VP of Finance to drive the growth inthe next investment cycle, ensuring a best-in-class finance infrastructure.

**The Role**:

- Partnering with an impressive management team, you will be tasked with the following:

- **M&A**: This is an exciting buy & build strategy aimed at expanding their revenue streams across SaaS / DaaS / Services; you will be tasked with supporting the execution of 10+ acquisitions and leading across all post-merger integration.

**The Culture**:
The is a fast-moving, dynamic and collaborative culture. The role offers a hybrid set up with potential travel to major centres like Tokyo, Seoul, Detroit, and Shanghai. It could suit an individual either based in Paris or Munich or someone who is home basedand open to travel about 50% of the time.
