**Operations/ Projects Coordinator Role.
As Operations/ Projects Coordinator within Motive Fuels team, you will act as the main contact for day to day operations/ performance systems and as a critical function to the Project Management team to closely monitor the deliverables of exciting new large-scale deployments within the Hydrogen Refueling Infrastructure.
Working closely with all departments to ensure that we comply with all legal requirements and duties within the UK/ overseas markets.
Responsible for developing/ updating internal processes and data capture methods to allow the company to react to the ever-changing markets in which we operate and continuing our position at the forefront of the Hydrogen Refueling Strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assistance in the development of operational and project management services, liaising with the SLT and staff to ensure that all objectives are fully met through output and outcome achievements.
- Continuing/ creating positive working relationships with engineers, stakeholders, suppliers and external contacts
- Working with the operations team to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the responsibilities of maintaining and operations HRS sites/ projects across the UK.
- Implementation and delivery of internal departmental processes, KPI tracking, operational regulatory monitoring, quality assurance, sustainability, budget management and monitoring
- Liaising with project managers to ensure the monitoring and evaluation of all projects and leading the reporting responsibilities for stakeholders.
- Prepare and collate appropriate levels and ranges of performance-based reporting monitoring and associated information - downtime and inputting measurables into data functions to allow real time reporting.
- Facilitating budget spend and financial management of internal projects, stock management and critical readiness of systems aimed at operating 24 hours a day hydrogen refuelling station.
- To support service development and income generation activities.
- Research and administrative projects when required
- Assisting with travel itineraries - including visas, hotels, flights, currency etc.
- Preparing technical reports, agendas and papers for meetings
- Leading meetings on coordination’s tasks for operations and project deployments, creating reports, Minute-taking in meetings Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Development of approved supplier status while working closely/supporting the management of sub-contracting arrangements.
- To prepare/collate appropriate levels and range of performance-based reporting monitoring and associated information.
Some travel will be involved with this role, a full valid driving license will be required.
