**Project Coordinator**

We are looking for a Design Project Coordinator to join our design team and manage your own design programme.

**Areas of the job involve**:

- Managing and taking ownership of a Design project programme
- Coordinating the Administration, Electrical and Civil design teams
- Working with clients being a first point of contact into the Design Department
- Arrange client meetings and record any actions on a tracker
- Managing a database of clients, documents and drawings
- Liaising with Procurement, the Project Management teams and external companies
- Running weekly reports

**Here’s what we need from you**:

- Strong coordination skills
- Strong Microsoft and IT skills
- To be professional and organised
- Customer Service experience
- A key team player, whilst being able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously
- An ability to juggle multiple requests and demands, and to prioritise accordingly
- To be able to work well under pressure
- To be able to work to strict deadlines

**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000

**Location**: Sheffield

**Contract**: Full time, Permanent
