Project Coordinator

Our client is an advanced machining supplier at the leading edge of machining technologies. Due to business demand; they are seeking a Project Coordinator to work in their Programming team; to be responsible for the day-to-day management of NPI and productionprojects; in addition to ensuring the projects are running on track.
- Monitor and report against the project deliverables
- Coordinate a cross functional team to deliver the project requirements
- Interface with suppliers frequently from sourcing to delivery
- Identify new suppliers and processes
- Be familiar with MRP systems
- Support scoping activities through the engineering team
- Help prepare quotations, timeframe, scope and costs
- Updates through meetings and calls
- Relationship management
- Maintain project documentation
- Identify cost down measures through the supply chain and manufacture
- Promote effective communication between your functional area and other functional areas of the business
- Identify and advise your line manager of personal training requirements to ensure and enhance achievement of job role
- Portray a positive and prestigious company image at all times and act in a business like and professional manner
- Adhere to company Health & Safety policy and procedures at all times
- Perform any other duties, which may reasonably be associated with the job in order to meet the needs of the company
