**Service Desk Analyst - About the company**

**Service Desk Analyst - About the role**:
The Service Desk Analyst role will be office based in their Wisbech office, being the 1st point of contact for customers taking on initial early life / end user support for new customers to the business, the Service Desk Engineer will be focused on 1st timefixes and extensive customer service / documentation of process to support customers. You will also be working with an external helpdesk team ( in a partner business), to provide effective solutions to escalated technical issues, and provide a high level oftechnical expertise to the business, and other sites. The role will make you the main contact for incoming calls into the Service desk, and you will work with other IT Support members on other sites to manage some 1st & 2nd line incidents /calls.

**Service Desk Analyst - Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of issues from 1st line and resolving any queries within SLA
- Resolution of configuration and deployment issues
- Carry out the initial investigation of incidents reported and escalate where necessary beyond 2nd line
- Escalate any Major Incidents to the 3rd line teams
- Installing, configuration and supporting Meraki Mx-62 devices with Broadband and Wi-Fi technologies.
- Ideally some knowledge of business objectives of content management systems and how to enable on the platform.
- Documentation of resolution of incidents advising on best practice.
- 3rd party incident management, migrations from legacy platforms to Teams voice (if required and help given)
**Service Desk Analyst - Essential Technical Skills**:

- AD, Windows 7, 10
- IIS & Web
- Cloud technologies - O365 or even MS Teams
- VMWare - some basic level of understanding
- Windows Server 2008, 2012
- Imaging and laptop / Pc builds
- Networking -TCP/ IP, Switches, DNS, DHCP, LANS, WANS, vLANS
- Ideally some Meraki exposure but training will be given.
- Hardware support and configuration,

**2nd Line Support Engineer / Analyst - Benefits (Negotiable)**
- Basic salary of up to £36,000 on offer
