**Sales Support - Office Assistant**
**We have an exciting Sales Support opportunity available in our small and friendly office**
**This is a permanent role based at our plant at Harlow.**
**Immediate start**
**Office based - Harlow CM20 2DY**
**Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 16.00**
**Salary: From £25,000 per annum pro-rata**
**21 days Holiday Allowance plus Bank Holidays**
**Company Pension Scheme**
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
Updating customer information and price files on the company’s system
Answer phone calls professionally and manage inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Administrative work including filing, and preparing documents for the sales team’s customer meetings
Input data accurately into various computer systems, ensuring all information is up to date.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required.
Assist the Office Manager with the day to day running of the office
**Skills**:
A positive and upbeat attitude
Some knowledge of Sage accounting software is an advantage
Previous use of Microsoft Office & Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills
Full training will be provided
