Office Assistant

**Duties**:
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties
- Utilise computerised systems for managing office tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organisational systems for files, documents, and supplies
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an office setting is desirable
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

Pay: From £24,864.00 per year
