- 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrator to provide essential administrative support to their team during a four to six-week period. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, particularly in Excel.
**The role of Administrator**
- Arrange regular maintenance for equipment and internal systems.
- Manage the Visa payment process with suppliers.
- Address escalated or general queries from stores.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of utilities contracts.
- Respond to specific contract inquiries.
- Update databases with information obtained from the wider facilities team regarding projects.
- Provide specific utilities-related data.
- Assist Facilities Managers in delivering effective responses to the business.
- Monitor external activities such as waste disposal and recycling.
- Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
- Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners, including suppliers, insurance agents, and security guards.
**The ideal Administrator**
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a facilities or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
