We’re looking for a passionate and professional Front Office Agent to be the face of our guest experience - delivering seamless bookings, arrivals, genuine warmth, and memorable moments from check-in to farewell.

**Your Role as Front Office Agent**:

- Greets guests with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care.
- Manages check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision.
- Coordinates guest requests and concierge services with flair
- Liaises with housekeeping, spa, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Upholds Gilpin’s standards of luxury, discretion, and personalised service.
- Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.
- Promotes the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.

**What You Bring**:

- A confident communicator with a natural sense of hospitality.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a positive, proactive mindset.
- Previous front office or guest service experience (luxury preferred).
- Comfortable with booking systems and multitasking under pressure.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
