This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**:
As Technical Co-ordinator your role will be to ensure that data is submitted within a range of Client (and EQUANS) systems / tools to demonstrate an effective and integrated management of site processes that are key to the CHP and Utilities managed assets.

The focus for this role will be on managing all EQUANS and Client internal processes and systems to ensure timely and accurate closure of a range of actions relating to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) procedures and standards (including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)).

**What will you deliver?**:

- Provide a range of reports, advice and support for team members to prioritise workload.
- Ensure compliance with a range of Contract Key Performance Indicators that allow for the delivery of effective operation and maintenance activities associated with the CHP Plant and Site Utilities.
- Jointly provide Site Office / Administration support to ensure delivery of an effective Team wide service.
- Attend meetings with clients in matters relating to resource, service, compliance, quality and health & safety.
- Coordinate completion of team wide Client and EQUANS mandatory learning / training.
- Joint administration of Compliance records (e.g. legionella management tool / lifting equipment inspections / ladder inspections / COSHH / Pressure system safety inspections / annual equipment calibrations and ownership for SHEQ Improvement Plans.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Previous administration experience in a similar background
- Excellent IT Skills having experience in operating a range of Systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Maintenance Management System
- Client focussed
- BTEC National Certificate/City and Guilds Level 3/Higher National Certificate in a Technical, Process or SHEQ related discipline or equivalent experience
- A formal health and safety related qualification e.g. IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent is desirable
