Zachary Daniels are exclusively recruiting for a HR Co-ordinator to join a fast paced HR function, providing operational and recruitment support across all departments. You will be a big part of the team and must have the experience to come in and make areal impact from day one.

The Role:

- Advising on employee relations matters and serving as a key decision maker in these processes
- Independently managing a busy recruitment case load
- Providing operational support and advice on employee relations matters; such as disciplinary, grievance, appeals
- Offering guidance and advice to line management on conducting investigations, disciplinary, grievance, appeal and flexible working hearings
- Dealing with absence management including long term sick process
- Assisting with HR projects as required
- Undertaking relevant administration and maintaining accurate and up to date records

Essential Skills:

- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of UK employment law
- Able to work within deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Good team player and with a proactive attitude
- Able take proficient minutes/notes at meetings
- Meticulous attention to detail
