HR and Office Coordinator
Autac Products Limited is a family run manufacturing company specialising in retractable cables. We are based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, across 2 sites and have been established since 1964. Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are seeking a HR Coordinator to join our growing team to manage our HR, Recruitment and Office functions.

**Qualifications**:

- CIPD Level 3 accreditation is desirable

**Duties to include but not restricted to**:

- Complete HR, Recruitment and Office activities accurately and efficiently.
- Managing the full employee lifecycle
- Supporting with the absence management process
- Timely creation, collection and storage of accurate documentation
- Employment contracts
- New Starter Paperwork
- Implement new HR policies, procedures and processes where necessary and in line with current employment law
- Maintain and update HR records
- Management of employee appraisals
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and terms of use
- Managing the interview process
- Assist with writing of job adverts, interview documents and marketing material
- Update company notice boards
- Office management
- Risk assessments
- Responsible for health and safety procedures

**Required Skills/Qualities**:

- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong communication to multiple levels of stakeholder
- Previous experience in a HR generalist role
- Confidentiality
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment

**Desirable Skills/Qualities**:

- Demonstrable knowledge of employment law
- Health and Safety experience

**Package Details**:
**Basic salary**: Up to £27,000 per annum (Full time) dependant on experience pro rata to the hours you work

**Benefits Pension**: Life Assurance, Mental Health support channels, Parking

**Hours**: Full time or Part time hours Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.

**Holiday Allowance**: 20 days paid holiday per annum, plus public holidays
