**Head of Sales and Marketing - Wiltshire - Up to £80,000 DoE + Commission, Annual Bonus & Great Benefits** We are working with a defence consultancy who specialise in cyber security, P3M and Technical consultancy work. Due to client needs, they are now looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to join their team. **Job Title**:Head of Sales and Marketing **Location: Wiltshire** (2 days a week in office, 3 working from home) **Hours**:37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday **Salary**:Up to £80,000 per annum dependent on experience **Key Skills**:SC/DV Clearance, 10 years' experience in solution/consultancy sales (3 years in sales management), Experience within Defence, experience of a CRM System and Evidence of operating at "C" level in an organisation **The Job** The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for the growth and leadership of the sales and marketing team, playing a key position in the Senior Management Team. Your other responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Lead and encourage the company's sales and marketing team, managing staff objectives and performance - Produce regular sales forecasting for the Board of Directors, and accurately forecast future sales and marketing plans, consistently adapting to changes in the marketplace - Lead a team of Business Development Managers, including recruiting and building the team as needed in line with budget forecasts - Maintain and Demonstrate care with key existing clients and implement an effective sales strategy in line with the company's overall business strategy - Conduct team members performance reviews, setting and ensuring staff meet their KPIs, setting both individual and corporate sales targets **About You** You will have excellent communication and people skills, couple with outstanding organisational efficiency, whilst demonstrating energy, enthusiasm in the workplace. You will have: - SC or DV Clearance - 10 years' experience in solution/consultancy sales in technology, with at least 3 years in a sales management position - Experience of operating at "C" level in an organisation - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at a range of levels - Formal sales training. These could include: SPIN, POWERBASE, Miller Heiman, Franklin Covey or established in-house training programme - Experience of at least one CRM system - Experience within the Defence Sector including the MOD and other Government or Local Government Departments - Good understanding of financial modelling and forecasting and Excel skills **Benefits** Not only will the Head of Sales and Marketing receive an attractive salary, but you will also receive benefits to include: 25 days holiday, a yearly bonus (due to the company having Employee Owner Trust Status), a performance bonus, pension contributionand flexible working. **How to Apply** Real Time Consultants are acting as an employment business/agency in relation to this vacancy.
