**What will you be doing?**:

- Leading a team of AEM Solution designers and senior engineers with dotted line reporting to lead developers in the AEM delivery team
- Supporting the AEM Quality Assurance lead in defining and executing QA strategy and tooling through the SDLC
- Ensuring security and resilience by design in all solutions
- Building close partnerships with the Chief Security Office teams to collaborate on cyber security initiatives and issues
- Collaborating with peer lead engineers to define strategies for the next generation of web and mobile solutions

**What we’re looking for**:

- Solid experience working in engineering roles designing and building solutions on the Adobe Experience Platform
- Proven ability to lead, improve and inspire engineering teams
- Solid knowledge of the full stack Development Tech especially with frontend development frameworks

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Experience working with the cloud Architectures
- Experience of working with service management teams or an understanding of ITIL principles
- Application/Infrastructure/Enterprise Architect training and certification.
- Exposure to API design strategies both for internal and external customer usage

**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64-acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
