We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic patient bookings co-ordinator to join the telephone contact centre sales team. Applicants should have a genuine empathetic interest in people and have the ability to listen and really hear what is being said.
Advisors will be making mainly outbound telephone calls and potentially some inbound calls, responding to 'call me back' calls and being active on our live chat platform. Experience of working in a healthcare contact centre environment is not essential, but preferable, as full training will be given however you should be capable of working to performance targets and be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer care from within a previous sales or service focused role/environment.
In responding to enquiries from all platforms, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including rapport building and the ability to make our patients feel 'at ease' by instilling confidence regarding the company and services offered. Building positive relationships with enquirers and making appointments for potential patients to have consultations with one of our surgeon advisor experts to learn more about our services and book their life changing surgery.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a confident and professional telephone manner. Self-motivation with a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude together with a track record of delivering results. Proven experience of working to targets is essential. Applicants should also have strong computer navigation skills with accuracy of input. More than anything applicants need to demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, patience and drive.
Base Salary is £23,795 per annum (based upon 40 hour contract) plus monthly bonus opportunities. OTE potential of £32,000 per annum for achieving applicants.
Pay: £23,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
