**The Role:

- **
- Alongside the Product Manager, UX Designer, BDM and Marketers, you will be instrumental in helping to develop the user journey and technical strategy.
- Ensure technical excellence and innovation.
- Help set and implement the service continuity, disaster planning and cyber security policies.
- Be the Technical Guru for the team, identifying opportunity areas and providing technical mentorship and direction as required.
- Ensuring that systems are ready for scale and addressing any technical debt appropriately.
- Owning the release process and ensuring that testing/ configuration/deployment cycles are efficiently implemented.
- Actively contribute to product discovery projects, helping to rapidly validate problems and solutions with the product team.
- Lead the development team to triage the support request board, and to ensure that work within sprints are unblocked and on track.
- Develop new features across our backend infrastructure (Laravel PHP)
- Develop new features across the frontend Web Apps.
- Manage the DevOps process using AWS and CI/CD tools.
- Refining existing tech to help navigate the product from launch to achieving product market fit, then scale.
- Source and manage outsourced developers for additional capacity, when required to meet timescales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand B2B and B2C customer problems and innovate to help ensure successful user journeys from start to finish.
- Performance in this role, as with rest of the team, will be gauged on the success of the product; a high degree of autonomy will therefore be attached to this position to provide scope for your own innovative thinking and problem solving abilities.
