**Social Media Intern**

**We are expanding our team and looking to recruit a creative, switched on and well organized individual for a social media marketing role.**

**Scottish Beauty Expert Training Academy are seeking a social media intern who will work directly with our social media manager and graphic designer to help us build our community and following.**

**You will be responsible for providing support for the following tasks**:

- **Collecting UGC (user-generated content)**:

- **Scheduling posts**:

- **Writing social media copy, creating social assets**:

- **Community management (moderating/commenting/responding)**:

- **Asset organization (sourcing reels, videos, photos, etc)**:

- **Knowledge of Canva is a plus, but not required.**

**Skills**
**- Strong writing and communication skills**
**- Organized, detail-oriented, able to work to a deadline**
**- Self starter**
**- Creative and flexible**
**- Interested in beauty**
**- Passionate about all things social media**

**Skills required**:

- **A very high standard of MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/Google)**:

- **Calm under pressure**:

- **Creativity**:

- **Able to work using own initiative**:

- **Attention to detail**:

- **Effective in organizing and prioritising**:

- **Basic photo and video editing skills**

**Job Type: Zero Hours**

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
