We are seeking a talented full time or part time, creative Social Media Specialist to join our growing group of Healthcare Companies. We operate traditional High Street Pharmacies as well as one of the fastest growing online Pharmacies in the UK. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience and drive uptake of our services. If you have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and a knack for creating engaging content, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and uptake of our healthcare services
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice
- Analyse social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience in managing social media campaigns and analysing performance metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

**Skills**:

- Public relations: Ability to effectively communicate with the public through various social media channels.
- Social media management: Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
