**ROLE OVERVIEW**
Help drive and manage the exciting new holiday letting business for one Cornwall’s best luxury resorts. Provide a supportive role for the Owner Relations Executive ensuring the Liner Beach & Garden Residences are managed effectively and guest satisfaction and experience is exceeded.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Alongside the Owner Relations Executive efficiently coordinate the day to day running of the Liner holiday letting business, liaising with all internal departments to ensure processes are carried out. Responsibilities to include the below but not exclusive to:

- Conducting apartment inspections alongside the Owner Relations Executive
- Oversee the housekeeping team to maintain standards in all residences.
- Work closely with Front of House to ensure smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Help with administration tasks
- Manage stock levels and procurement for guest & housekeeping amenities.
- Ensuring all resort information is up to date
- Collate guest feedback and deliver to relevant departmental managers and the owner relations executive to increase guest experience.
- Creating and amending reservations in the PMS system.
- Ensure good maintenance in residences and that all comply with health and safety guidelines.

- Housekeeping experience
- Must possess exceptional communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Must have ability to meet deadlines
- Immaculate personal appearance
- A confident and mature approach
- Must be self-motivated, whilst understanding the importance of working as part of a team.
- A positive and outgoing personality is essential
- High initiative and positive attitude
- Flexibility is essential as you may be required to work evenings and weekends

32-40 Hours a week

REMUNERATION

You will receive a highly competitive salary, together with employee benefits such as meals on duty, **health club membership, friends & family room rates, incremental holiday entitlement, and a commitment to your ongoing development**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
