**Brief**
We are looking for an executive assistant to join our team in Newquay, Cornwall. Your role will be to provide administrative and operational support to our Company Directors. You will help us deliver operational excellence to our clients, and are at the core of the day-to-day runnings of our business. This is an opportunity for a highly organised individual with impeccable time management skills. You should be excellent at communicating with internal and external parties, and gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our business with an excited curiosity.
**About the role**
You will be joining a fast-paced startup to take some weight off the Company Directors. What we really need is an octopus, someone who is happy with a multitude of activities, who can take direction and is deadline driven. We want you to take on challenges, and problem-solve your way through your days. This role has alot of room for growth, with account manager responsibilities being added at a later date and potentially more senior management roles.
**Your role**
- Be the first point of contact for our new clients and lead their onboarding process.
- Take minutes in departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
- Maintain director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements.
- Keep all CRMs up to date with details specific to our customers, and the status of their account, including but not limited to creating and chasing invoices, and marking as paid in our accounting system.
- Manage our client support and accounting channels, handling any requests, or issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials
- Be tech savvy and able to pick up multiple tools in a short amount of time.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and training; as well as in fostering collaboration across functions.
**You**
- Experience working in a deadline driven environment, and managing your own time effectively, exceeding all expectations.
- Has the ability to pick up skills quickly, an operational and administrative sponge.
- Previous experience working with senior executives is preferred.
- You are a meticulous communicator in writing and over the phone.
- Is fearless in making new connections and building genuine, lasting relationships with prospects, clients, colleagues and partners at all seniority levels.
- Is highly organised and able to handle a high throughput of varied work with mínimal supervision.
- Is a team player who wants to be part of a fast growing startup.
- Can manage their own time efficiently and effectively.
- Interested and passionate about music, design and customer experiences.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
