Provide project support in developing and coordinating arrangements for the reporting of relevant work UEC Work programme, including project workbooks, project documentation and highlight reports Support the UEC team with the production of and ongoing assurance requirements of the UEC Winter plan Secretariat of the BSW Urgent Care and Flow board, assisting the chair of the BSW ICS Urgent Care and Flow board in the preparation for the monthly board meetings, which includes the agenda formation, reports and presentations to ensure the meeting runs effectively, and will be responsible for timely outputs from the meeting in accordance with the terms of reference for the production of minutes and updated action trackers Manage and regularly monitor the Urgent Care Risk Register to ensure all risks are up to date Responsible for the Urgent Care teams Information Asset Administrator, understanding information and data flows to comply with information governance and monitoring
