Regional Accommodation Operational Team Leader, responsible for the management of the wider operations housing field team on a day-to-day basis. Ideally you will demonstrate a proven career history in the Housing sector, with previous supervisory skills.This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) requiring complex flexibility in terms of geographical locations (Southwest, Southeast and Central). Offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 plus an exceptional employee benefitsscheme, this role does require you to have a Full UK Driving License with access to your own transport.

The key objectives of this role is to effectively manage and lead a team of Housing Officers within a 70 mile radius, meeting to discuss and assess housing and property portfolio's, ensuring that your wider team are fully trained in the provision of housingsolutions and professional tenancy management. Communication with key stakeholders, local authorities, Emergency Services, NHS, Charities and Environmental Health involves plenty of regulated working procedures, hence the need to deliver exceptional levelsof mandatory training and process management.

As a Regional Accommodation Operational Team Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring work levels, the progress and development for the team and yourself, undertaking learning and development within Housing Legislation, Statutory procedures and ongoingcustomer and tenant delivery. You will have exceptional levels of verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage complex and challenging situations, remain calm and professional and consistently leading from the front and by example.

With proven administration and MS Office skills, combining excellent organisational ability, this rewarding and challenging role is a great stepping stone when considering management level roles within the housing sector.
