**About The Role**: Our Query Management Team are looking for a Query Clerk to take ownership of all queries which include Delivery and RTMs for all categories within AO. If you have a natural inquisitive streak and get a thrill from problem solving, this could be the role for you Working within our UK Supplier Finance team, you will be responsible for the query management for all category invoices. The UK Supplier Finance Team are a close-knit bunch, with a proactive and positive attitude. This is a varied and often demanding role, so we need someone who is up for a challenge **Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**: You’ll be resolving supplier queries, ranging from price and quantity to invoices without a PO number and everything in between. Relationship management is key You’ll be building strong relationships with both external suppliers and internal departments, including the Trading Team, Purchase Ledger Team in Bolton and AO Logistics in Crewe to ensure that queries are able to be resolved in the most efficient and effective way possible. **A Few Things About You**: - Organised, good time management with the ability to work on own initiative - You must be able to multitask and be a natural problem solver that is comfortable working on your own initiative. - Goal-orientated and accustomed to working to challenging deadlines - Excellent communication skills to be able to challenge opinions in a diplomatic way - Able to build effective relationships with internal and external people. - You’ll have a good working knowledge of Excel and an excellent eye for detail. **Why Choose AO?**: Our people are our superpower, and that’s no accident.
