Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a fantastic company based in Epsom, who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join them on an 18 month fixed term contract basis.

Managing the daily activities of a team, the role will involve:

- Managing, supporting and coaching team members to ensure they achieve SLAs and KPIs
- Carrying out performance reviews and appraisals
- Ensuring that the team handles customers’ queries in a timely manner
- Look at ways to continuously improve processes
- Reporting and analysis of department activity
- Dealing with escalated customer issues

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- Previous experience of managing a team in a fast paced environment
- Experience of coaching and developing staff
- Experience of resource planning
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised

This is a contract role, with an immediate start. There is the potential (although no guarantee) for the contract to be extended or made permanent after the 18 months.
