Location: Ilford; office-based role

**Salary**: £32,000 per annum (FTE)

JOB PURPOSE:

- To manage the organisation's facilities, resources and administrative functions.
- To ensure effective and efficient human resource administration.
- To provide support to the Leadership Team, Board of Trustees and Sub-committees.
- To ensure that RedbridgeCVS complies with health and safety policies, procedures and legislation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- To ensure the smooth running of the RedbridgeCVS office including coordinating equipment allocations, procurement of supplies and services, archiving and waste collection.
- To manage supplier contracts and relationships.
- To act as a main point of contact for all aspects of facilities management and building issues, liaising with the building manager, tenant organisations and contractors.
- To manage and maintain the organisation's digital HR system, ensuring that personnel records are comprehensive and up to date, supporting line managers as needed.
- To coordinate recruitment, induction and exit processes for staff, trustees and volunteers.
- To support Board meetings, away days and the AGM including drafting agendas, coordinating the preparation of papers, drafting reports and minute taking.
- To coordinate room bookings, prepare rooms and refreshments for meetings, and ensure that equipment is available and working.
- To maintain a welcoming and comfortable work space that promotes employee wellbeing and productivity;
