**Salary**: £20,444 to £20,852 per annum.

**Working Pattern**: Full time (37 hours), per week.

**Contract Length**:Permanent.

**Location**: Bognor Regis, with hybrid working options.

As a Senior Project Support Officer, you will be part of the Driver Training Team. In this role you will co-ordinate the delivery of a full range of offender referral courses. You will support 3 local authorities of West Sussex, East Sussex and Brightonand Hove City on behalf of the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership.

You will need to be responsible for the provision of professional, flexible customer focused service to include super user status for a range of software packages and service relevant systems and processes, and be able to transfer knowledge to others throughmentoring and coaching.

**Experience and Skills**

**Key Skills**:

- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to meet set deadlines and to understand when problems need to be referred upwards.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse complex specialist information and find practical solutions with an understanding of relevant legislation and policies. Including the ability to resolve more unusual or complex cases and develop practical,effective approaches and solutions according to individual circumstances
- Ability to organise and present information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
- Ability to be analytical/judgmental or creative where there is a need to interpret a variety of information or situations to solve problems or develop solutions such analysing statices or organising event

**Qualifications and/or experience**:

- A relevant NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience (at least 1 year)
