**Key Responsibilities**:
You will work with the Marketing Manager and other members of the team on all marketing activities within the company. You will create and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate new leads, engage with the contact database and boost Innovate’s Tax brand and product awareness.
**Key duties of the Senior Marketing Executive will include**:
- Contributing to all activities detailed within the marketing plan to help the team achieve its monthly targets around lead generation, prospect engagement and website traffic.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to support the professional development of the Digital Marketing Apprentice.
- Managing social channels (including responsibility for running paid campaigns).
- Creating, delivering and analysing PPC and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Content creation and promotion, including both written and design projects.
- Driving the content and communications plan in accordance with team strategy.
- Updating and managing the company website, including periodic reviews of content and SEO performance.
- Producing graphics, stand designs and printed materials to support our attendance at global events.
- Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to support sales initiatives and opportunities.
- Participating in the creation of quarterly and annual marketing plans.
- Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance across digital channels.
**Skills and Attributes**
- At least three years experience in a B2B marketing role - ideally within the technology industry (but not essential).
- Experience in running successful marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of basic HTML (or the ability to pick this up).
- Experience in managing social channels, and content delivery.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics, including paid advertising and Google Ads etc.
- Experience with CRM software and database management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), and designing for digital versus print.
- Able to produce compelling marketing copy for a variety of different formats.
- Comfortable with expressing your ideas and creative solutions that help us stand out from our competitors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating between clients, the Project Team and the Sales Team.
- Assertive and empathetic colleague, with the ability to understand what drives your colleagues and work collaboratively to deliver successful projects and campaigns.
- A team player who is at ease working in a close-knit team and building strong professional relationships internally and with our partners, but with the ability to work independently when required.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Works on initiative and exhibits resourcefulness.
- Must be able to work in our Bognor Regis head office at least three days per week.
