**Human Resources and Payroll Assistant (Internship)**

Duration: 12 months

Ideally suited to a graduate of:

- Business administration (BSc / BA with accountancy and HR modules taken), or
- Accountancy (BSc with HR modules taken), or
- Human resources (BSc / BA with accountancy modules taken), or
- Master’s in Business Administration

**Beacon Care Services is a multi-award holding nursing agency and NHS supply chain contractor based in Ealing, West London. Due to the successes of our small yet productive team, we are poised for national expansion.**

**Payroll Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Process new employee and subcontractor paperwork
- Maintain existing employee and subcontractor files
- Enter payroll information into our HR and payroll systems
- Timesheet validation
- Fulfil other clerical roles as needed
- Create reports on disbursement and other payroll activities

**Payroll Assistant Requirements**:

- Proficiency with Payroll, HR and administrative software such as Microsoft Office
- Graduate degree or higher - as listed above
- Strong organisational skills
- Relevant work experience (desirable but not essential)

**Hours**:

- 40 hours per week

**Holiday**:

- 5.6 weeks a year (pro rata) including bank holidays.

**Salary**:

- Age dependent and in line with national minimum wage.
