We are looking for a Team Administrator to help organise our busy tax department. No prior knowledge of tax is required. The role will provide an exciting challenge in a busy growing department, supporting the team in delivering a high-quality service to our clients.
The role will initially include:
- General administration
- Mail merges for client communications
- Scanning and indexing client documents
- Logging work flows
- Dealing with client messages for the team
- Booking department and client meetings
- Formatting reports
- Interaction with other departments to assist with workflow
- Corresponding with HMRC
- Tracking correspondence and client records
- Anti Money Laundering/Smart Searches for new clients
- Assisting with monthly billing
- Assisting with onboarding any new staff in the department
- Reception cover, where required
About you
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a professional services environment
- Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal/written communication
- Able to multi-task, show flexibility and prioritise workloads
- Ability to work well within a team
