**Job description**:

- Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery & Operations and sitting within the wider Estates and Sustainability team, the Salford Workplace Experience Lead is aimed at making our Salford office - and the workplace experience of the colleagues who work there - run smoothly.
- You will also work closely with the Private Office of the Director General who has responsibility for the Salford office and with the Salford staff engagement lead, who sits within Private Office team.
- Through your central role within the Salford office you will work with colleagues from a variety of policy and delivery areas, providing opportunities to engage with staff at all levels (including senior leaders), build your professional network and develop your knowledge.**Person specification**:
Your overarching responsibility will be to help develop and build the office community in the Salford office and provide outstanding customer service. You will develop robust relationships with service providers and hold building teams to account ensure high standards of workplace experience for our staff. You will develop new processes that enable the correct use of office facilities and equipment. You will work closely with the local staff teams, the Salford Staff Engagement Lead and lead the smooth running of the office as the Corporate Services representative.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with service providers take the lead to monitor and review all accommodation related helpdesk queries (both IT and office use calls) raised by staff, to ensure satisfactory closure or escalation where required. Complete trend analysis to remove risk of continuing issues.

Working closely with customer experience teams, Estates colleagues and Salford Staff Engagement Lead to measure and drive great workplace experiences through the use of workplace surveys.

Develop and maintain building guidance to help support staff with their queries relating to office environment, the building, facilities and equipment.

Represent colleagues at all-building meetings, ensuring a strong user voice for staff related issues.

Work with the Building Management team for their building pass development and trials with their new government pass process and rollout.

With Corporate Service colleagues you will:

- Work closely with colleagues from Health Safety and Wellbeing (HS&WB) in supporting the Salford Health and Safety committee, assisting in the existing process for budget approval for training and help to develop fire warden and first aider rota process with the Responsible Persons, Building Managers and Health Safety and Wellbeing colleagues.
- Work closely with colleagues from IT to ensure regular support visits from central IT and communicate visit dates with staff. Ensure staff are aware of how to raise IT service requests and devise a process for alerting typical issues to IT colleagues in advance of their visit.

Review the current building induction processes and develop a new process for staff and visitors that supports line managers and visitor hosts with their responsibilities. You will provide building inductions to new staff as required and ensure new colleagues are added to office communica
