**The Best Connection** are currently looking for a **Receptionist** in the **Leatherhead **area:
Working hours**:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday**

Paying **£16.00ph**

**MUST HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AND BE COMPUTER LITERATE**

**Responsibilities of the RECEPTIONIST**
- Meet and greeting clients, ensuring all guests are checked in a timely manner and informing the relevant
- host of their arrival.
- To effectively deliver to all guests, Health and Safety and building information as necessary including evacuation procedure upon arrival.
- Provide all our clients and colleagues with professional customer service and welcome.
- Report issues
- Ability to identify and escalate building maintenance issues/hazard perception and inform management when necessary.
- Assist with aspects of client meeting set up including room set up and clear down, provision of refreshments, guest Wi-Fi, ordering lunches.
- Management of temporary and contractor passes, ensuring required logs are kept up to date.
- Management of office car parking, including allocating visitor spaces and resolving any staff parking issues.
- Management of staff and visitor lockers, ensuring allocation logs are kept up to date.
- Management of archiving and storage within the office and coordinating with relevant parties.
- Stationary and stock consumable control.
- Raise PO’s and process orders
- Ability to carry out basic maintenance tasks.
- Efficiently report and maintain, IT and H&S concerns to relevant departments.
- Resolve / report printer issues and maintain supplies.
- To handle any guest complaints and provide a swift solution or escalate as appropriate.

**Requirements of the RECEPTIONIST**
- Experience in delivering professional customer service in a corporate / hospitality environment.
- Customer Service / Hospitality based qualification.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Competence in computers and software packages including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to interact confidently with all levels of business and clients.
- Proactive and forward thinking approach to work, demonstrating adaptability and a desire to improve on existing working practices.
- Strongly self motivated individual possessing a can do attitude and a drive to learn.
- A positive, outgoing personality looking to be part of a strong and established team.
