At Home Made, we offer something truly different in the property market. Our field sales team is at the heart of this, dedicated to helping customers find their next home. Our associates travel across London, experiencing everything from classic London housing to new Build to Rent apartment buildings.
**Salary**: Basic £25K + competitive uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 9am-7pm, with bi-weekly Saturday shifts.
**Location**: Our office in Southwark/Waterloo. The role involves daily travel across London using public transport (no driving license required).

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Customer Service**: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.
- **Sales**: Attend property viewings, engage with prospective renters, and close deals to exceed sales targets.
- **Communication**: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.
- **Proactive Engagement**: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.
- **Data Management**: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.
- **Problem Solving**: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.
